Director and Street Dance Teacher

Freedom is the most energetic person you will ever meet... His unconditional love for dance and freedom in general is inspiring to many and uplifts those he teaches. He is a self taught dancer, and has been pursing his passion and sharing his love of dance with others for 18 years. He has been teaching street dance to children and adults for 15 years now and is a devoted father to Freedom Fighters Arts!

Claire

General Assistant, Contemporary, Ballet, Musical Theatre, and Visual Art Teacher
 

Claire views art as a necessary part of human life and how we explore new possibilities. She trained in ballet, contemporary and creative dance at the Centre for Advanced Training scheme at The Place and danced with the National Youth Dance Company of England, before going on to complete a degree in contemporary dance at Trinity Laban in 2018. She has since worked with Seeta Patel, Breakin' Convention, Barbican Creatives and Louder Than Words.

• BA Honours in Contemporary Dance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance

• Certified Beginners Instructor of Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan

• A Levels in Art, Music and Psychology

• Grade 8 Classical Piano

• Advance 1 Cecchetti Ballet

Whitney

Mini Ballet & Street and Mini Commercial Dance Teacher
 

Whitney has been dancing since the age of four and began her professional training in 2019. She later graduated with a Diploma in dance , majoring in Ballet, jazz and commercial.

Since completing her studies, Whitney has worked professionally both locally and internationally, gaining valuable performance and industry experience. With a deep passion for movement and teaching, she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge, creativity, and love of dance with the next generation of dancers.

In addition to dance, Whitney is also an aerialist and a certified fitness instructor, bringing strength, versatility, and a strong focus on safe technique to her teaching.

Sam

Ballet and Contemporary Dance Teacher 

Born in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Sam trained on the CAT programme at Northern School of Contemporary Dance, developing a passion for movement, before graduating in 2022 from Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. He has worked with numerous choreographers including Darren Ellis, Allyene Dance and Darshan Singh Bhuller. Both a choreographer and composer he has produced works performed at Sadlers Wells, Lillian Baylis Theatre and collaborated with Harry’n’smithy Dance Collective on other creative projects, with most recent credits (Dog Eat Dog and Loonheads) being performed as part of Resolution Festival at The Place and Brighton Fringe Festival. Sam has a passion for the use of movement in developing wellbeing for both audiences and participants alike and exploring how the arts can improve the wellbeing of individuals.

Joyce

Modern Jazz, Contemporary and K-Pop Dance Teacher 

Joyce is a dancer from Hong Kong, currently based in London. She began her dance journey in Chinese dance, later trained in street styles, commercial, and contemporary. She graduated from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance with first-class honors. In addition to performing, she is always interested in teaching and choreographing. She has taught in various settings including kindergartens, primary schools, commercial dance studios and local dance centers, and choreographed for performances and competitions. ​

Hannah

Gymnastics Teacher 

​Hannah is an enthusiastic gymnastics coach with over seven years of experience in the sport. With a background in martial arts - and as a three-time national Taekwondo champion - she aims to create  a fun, encouraging environment where every gymnast can shine and reach their full potential! ​
