We are an independent performing arts school providing a variety of dance / art classes for children, young people and adults in Shoreditch, London UK.
Freedom Fighters Arts school is a young company having opened in September 2021, so we have many ideas for expansion in the years to come. Our motto is 'Freedom to express without the need to impress', because art is not a competition but a human need to express yourself. We aim to provide a safe space for all of our students to have a long term relationship with the arts whether that be for their career, exercise, self expression or as a hobby.

We have a range of dance styles available, as well as music and visual art classes.

Our Story
Our story began in December 2018 when Freedom and Claire met on a dance job performing to a steel pan band in South London! Two years later their shared passion of dance and the creative arts, sparked the idea for them to work together. Just as they started looking for venues and creating their first flyers in early 2021, one of Freedom's dance agencies said that they were going to be relocating and asked if any of the teachers were willing to take over the school in Shoreditch. Freedom had already run his own dance classes in the past and been passionate about spreading dance to more students, so it was a natural transition. Claire and Freedom started preparing and in just a couple of months Freedom Fighters Arts was ready for its first official classes on September 12th 2021!
